As a couple born and raised in Kadıköy, and graduates of Kadıköy Anatolian High School and Marmara University's English Economics program, we strive to create a warm, modern, and peaceful environment for your life in Istanbul.

Earthquake-resistant building constructed in 2015

Our building  was designed as a dormitory and opened for operation in 2016. In November 2023, it was registered once again according to the regulations regarding high earthquake resistance coefficients applicable to dormitory buildings and in May 2025, a Design Supervisor Report was issued by Arel University faculty members.

 

Location

Harmoni Girls' Student Dormitory is in the center of Kadıköy, 3.5 minutes from the Bull statue, 9 minutes from the waterfront, 12 minutes from the metro, and 7 minutes walking distance from the Metrobus, Marmaray, and High-Speed ​​Train Söğütlüçeşme stations.

Rooms with private bathrooms,

Toilets, showers, and sinks are designed as separate cubicles within the rooms. This allows them to be used simultaneously for different needs.

 

Shared kitchen area,

In the communal kitchen area, exclusively for student use, each room has a lockable cupboard for storing dishes and utensils. Our kitchen is equipped with 6 stovetops, a built-in oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a refrigerator. Each room also has its own individual refrigerator.

Other common areas,

We have a study room, a prayer room, and a laundry room.  An hour use of the washing machine is 25 TL.

​

Harmony Cafe,

Our building has a café on the ground floor. Students residing in our building can use the café area free of charge and can also entertain their guests here. Soup of the day and tea is free for the students, and there is a 25% discount on all other items. Within the café , there are also shared workspaces available for free use, individually or in groups, depending on reservation availability .

Breakfast ,

Breakfast is available at our cafe for a monthly fee of 1,900 TL, if desired.
